As part of our continuing effort to simplify your success in the cloud, Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace is announcing new enhancements for Cloud Store users, including payment selection options and more advanced system notifications.
With Ingram Micro Cloud Store, select partners can take their business to the next level with a self-branded ecommerce store, integrated directly into their existing website.
Partner not only have the ability to purchase, provision and manage cloud solutions directly to your customers with Cloud Store, you can now place an order on behalf of an existing end customer and select their billing method as a payment. This means the service will provision, once payment is cleared by the payment gateway provider you will receive payment immediately into your merchant account.
Reseller Control Panel Notifications
Resellers who manually create customers in the Reseller Control Panel were encountering issues with subscription renewals, if default payment method wasn’t set properly. The Cloud Marketplace now provides Cloud Store users with notification enhancements that will alleviate these issues and provide a more seamless renewal process.

As part of our continuing effort to simplify your success in the cloud Ingram Micro Cloud has implemented new invoice enhancements to the Cloud Marketplace.
Previously Ingram Micro Cloud invoices were issued based on your daily purchase activity, and then again every 30 days for the monthly recurring services. This resulted in large number of invoices from Ingram Micro Cloud which was difficult for our partners to manage.
To ease the burden of managing a large volume of invoices this enhancement will consolidate multiple purchases during a billing period into one easy to manage invoice. Partners will appreciate moving from a “purchase event” invoicing model, to a single monthly consolidated invoice containing multiple orders for multiple end-customers.

Invoice Visual Improvements
To support the changes to the consolidated invoicing model, and to better improve the information you receive, Ingram Micro has made substantial improvements to the design and content of the invoices.
The enhanced invoice will provide critical information such as, end customer data, subscription details with subscription periods, improved clarity on payments, details specific to taxation and general changes to the look and feel of the invoice. These enhancements will make the document more intuitive, easier to read with a lot more relevant information.

Enhanced customizable reporting is now available on the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace. In the reseller’s Control Panel, partners have the ability to run custom reports which includes, cost of goods sold (COGS), end user data, lifecycle data on subscriptions, and much more. Reports can be run to showcase daily, weekly, month to date data, or users can run data within a selected timeframe. You can also set up recurring reports to be emailed to you on a weekly or monthly basis. To learn more about this feature, please take a look at this short video.
